	Name: Newfie Breed: Newfoundland  Size: Large Age: Baby Sex: Male	Newfie is up-to-date with routine shots and house trained. Newfie is believed to be approximately 10 weeks old. 	Name: Blackie Breed: Domestic Medium Hair - black Size: Medium Age: Baby Sex: Male	Blackie was born to Susie Kitty on January 25th.  By law, kittens cannot be separated from their mother until they are 8 weeks old.  Blackie will be eligible for adoption on March 22nd. 	Name: Dazzle Breed: Beagle, German Shepherd [Mix] Size: Medium Age: Baby Sex: Female	Dazzle is about 8 weeks old. She is up-to-date with routine shots but has not yet been spayed.  UPDATE: Dazzle has been adopted! For more information on Dazzle, please see her Petfinder page.
	Name: Lab puppies Breed: Labrador Retriever Size: Large Age: Baby Sex: 5 Male, 5 Female	Here they are! The Lab puppies everyone has been waiting for! They are all up-to-date with their routine shots. Ten tiny black Labrador retriever puppies came to The Ark of Hope Rescue when they were only a few days old. Their mother is an AKC registered Lab and the father was a neighbors Chocolate lab,There are 5 male puppies and 5 females. All way too precious! They were born on March 27, 2010 and will be ready for adoption on or about May 22nd.  UPDATE: Good news!  ALL TEN of the puppies have found homes! 	Name: Maui Breed: Golden Retriever, Labrador Retriever [Mix] Size: Medium Age: Young Sex: Female	Maui is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed. Maui is here because her owners no longer had time to spend with her. What a shame!!! This wonderful little girl deserves better then she has received. UPDATE: Maui has been adopted! 	Name: Amanda Breed: Domestic Medium Hair Size: Large Age: Adult Sex: Female	Amanda is up-to-date with routine shots and house trained. She had a litter on April 20th and she (and the kittens) will be available for adoption on June 15th. It's easy to find homes for the kittens, but what about the mamma? She needs a loving family too! She has not been spayed yet but does have her booster shot, has been wormed and will be going for her Rabies vaccine in the next few days. UPDATE: Rhoda has been adopted! 	Name: Cavalier Breed: Tortoiseshell Size: Medium Age: Young Sex: Female	This sweet young kitty is approx. 7 months old and is already a Mom. She had 6 beautiful little kittens June 7, 2010, yet she is still a kitten herself! She and her babies will be available for adoption on August 2nd. We will be posting pictures of the kittens soon. 	Name: Puppy #2 Breed: German Shepherd/ Terrier Mix Size: Medium Age: Baby Sex: Male	This little baby is Puppy #2. He along with his other brother and sister are still at their mom's house. They are part German Shepherd and Terrier mix. They are only 8 weeks old but are ready to go home to start a new life with a new family that will love them forever. 	Name: Puppy #3 Breed: German Shepherd/ Terrier Mix Size: Medium Age: Baby Sex: Male	This little baby is Puppy #3. His brother and sister have already been adopted. He is part German Shepherd and Terrier mix. He is only 8 weeks old but he is ready to go home to start a new life with a new family that will love him forever. 	Name: Bill's Xena Breed: Alaskan Malamute Size: Large Age: Adult Sex: Female	Xena, as you can see is a very beautiful dog! She is an AKC registered Alaskan Malamute, a large friendly lady whose owners believe that they don't have enough time to spend with her and that she would be better with another family that didn't have as many outside engagements. Xena is totally housebroken, spayed and up to date on her vaccinations, she is not a chewing puppy-she is a stable six years old, with another 10 ten years of love to give to the right family. She is good with other dogs but not cats! She loves children and loves to play with them. Xena needs a family that will be at home more with her! 	Name: Carol's Cougar Breed: Tabby - Orange Size: Medium Age: Young Sex: Male	Cougar is up-to-date with routine shots. NOTE: Cougar has been tested and found positive for FIV. He is currently normal and healthy and FIV is not contagious to humans or any other species. 	Name: Samantha Breed: Grey Striped Tabby Size: Medium Age: Adult Sex: Female	Samantha is about 1 1/2 years old and is house trained. She had a litter on February 7th. The kittens have all been adopted and that now leaves this very friendly young kitty in need of a family of her own. She has been SPAYED, feline Leukemia and HIV tested (negative) and vaccinated, has all of her shot and has been wormed. She's ready to go home with a new family. Will it be yours? 	Name: Sadie Breed: Basset Hound, Beagle [Mix] Size: Medium Age: Young Sex: Female	Sadie is about 1-1/2 years old. She is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed, AND microchipped! Sadie is one of the animals that came to The Ark of Hope Rescue from the local animal shelter when they needed to move the dogs that they currently had to have a new floor put down in the dog kennels.
